#WFH WORKOUT CHALLENGE

WFH Workout Challenge

With most of us now working from home, our daily routines and movements have had a significant shake up. While it may have helped with getting that last load of washing on in your lunch break or allowing us to work in our favourite lounge wear, it might also be having a negative impact on our mood, energy and creativity levels.

Here at Paleo Hero, we believe the best way to getting your productivity up and mood improved is to GET MOVING. Moving your body and exercising has been proved time and time again to boost energy levels, sharpen memory and thinking, improve focus and give you that all important injection of endorphins that make you feel GOOD.

THE #WFH WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Here's how it works. For every hour, on the hour of your working day take a 5 minute break and complete the following list of exercises. Simple as that. It'll get you off your butt, clear your mind and give you a quick endorphin boost to help get you to your next hourly exercise. You can set yourself an hourly alarm so you don't forget.

HOUR 1
Run/Walk up and down a set of stairs 5 times for big staircase or 10 times for little stair case. No stairs? Run back and forth across the room you're in for 10 sets.
